Louisville Combines Animal Interest Groups: finds a powerful voice

Congratulations and kudos to the plaintiffs filing a March 27, 2007 complaint against another mindless animal ordinance. They’re mad as hell and not going to take it anymore (especially since rolling over for the new law would effectively take the “owner” completely out of animal ownership).
